HeartMath is a lifestyle. When you learn how to choose to be coherent, everything changes: the way you relate to yourself, others, and your environment. The presence, connection, and consistency it brings are extremely powerful.
MY METHODOLOGY
Together we identify stresses, attitudes and situations in your life by learning how to read physiological and emotional signs. We then replace these with more beneficial attitudes and feelings by using techniques that restructure your physiological response, taking you towards a larger cardiac coherence.
Similar to what happens when you learn a new movement, we train you into sustaining heart coherence and create a more positive emotional structure. This state is renewing and will have positive benefits for your health, your work, and those around you.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. All techniques can be done with eyes open.
The sessions are conducted on Zoom using audio and screensharing.
ABOUT ME
I have worked as an artist, designer, and business developer. To access creativity and intuition consistently has always been crucial to my work and becoming a certified HeartMath coach was a natural step in my professional journey. From 2019 until the COVID-crisis hit in March 2020, I was acting as Managing Director for Wild Life. In this company, we worked closely with developing intuition using the inhertent consequence that spending time completly exposed to Africa wilderness has on us to reach heart coherence, the key component to accessing intuition.
Alongside with coaching, I am running the jewerly brand Ankadi, and I am a Budokon ambassador.
